  • Why would I want to sign up for a FORNASH account?

    You can view your order history, easily return items and check out quickly because your billing and shipping information is saved.

  • I can’t access my account, what can I do?

    Reset your password here. If you are not successful, you can contact customer service to troubleshoot.  

  • How do I add or change my information in my account?

    Log in to your account and click edit on the right side to change any of your information. 

  • How will I receive notifications about my order?

    You will receive three emails pertaining to your order. You will receive the first email immediately after you submit your order confirming your order. The second email you will receive will inform you that we have started to process your order. The third email you receive will confirm we have shipped your order and it will contain a link so you can track your order. Additional order information may be conveyed via email or telephone if requested.

  • I made a mistake on my order or changed my mind, can I change my order?

    No need to worry! Be sure to contact customer service immediately so we can make the necessary changes to your order. 

  • I need to cancel my order, can I?

    We have a very narrow window of time after your order is placed where we are able to cancel. If you need to cancel, please contact customer service immediately.

  • How will I know my order was submitted?

    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after submitting your order. If you do not receive this order confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your order, please contact customer service. 

  • How will I know my order was processed?

    You will receive a processing email after your order has been submitted informing you that we have started to process your order. You should receive this email within 24 - 72 hours after you submit your order. If you do not receive this processing email within 24 -72 hours of submitting your order, please contact customer service.

  • How will I know my order has shipped?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your order. After you receive this shipping confirmation email please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to update. After 48 hours if your tracking information is not update, please contact customer service.

  • My order status is “Processing” what does that mean?

    Your order has been received and transmitted to our warehouse. Your order is either in “line” to be picked, packed and shipped or in the process of being picked, packed and shipped.

  • When will I get my order?

    Orders take 3-4 business days to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, the timeframe depends on the method you’ve chosen and your shipping destination.

    With processing + shipping time frame, your order should arrive between 6-8 business days.

  • I received my order but something is missing, something is damaged, or I received the wrong item, what can I do?

    Firstly, we are terribly sorry! Secondly, please contact customer service and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you.

  • I ordered a personalized item and I’m still waiting on it. When will it ship?

    We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so we ask that you allow an additional 2 -3 weeks for all personalized items to be produced and shipped to you. 

  • I would like to order several gifts for a large group, can I receive a discount?

    Yes! Please contact customer service.

  • What carrier do you use?

    We ship via FedEx and USPS.

  • Can you ship to a PO Box?

    Yes, as long as you can receive USPS mail, we can deliver FORNASH products to you!

  • Do you accept checks or money orders?

    No

  • Where can I enter my promo code?

    You may enter your promo code in the “Promo Code” field when you check out. Your subtotal will reflect the promotion discount after you enter it. If for some reason the promotion code is not working, please contact customer service. 

  • Where can I get a promo code?

    When you sign up for our online newsletter, you’ll be first to hear about our latest sales and promotions!

  • Can I include a gift message in my order?

    If you would like to include a gift message, we will gladly send a handwritten gift note to your recipient at no additional cost. Simply enter the text for your note in the “Gift Message” section of the order and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Can I have my order gift wrapped?

    Yes!  We are happy to “wrap” your order for you! Just click “this item is a gift” during check out. Each item will come individually packaged in our fabulous FORNASH packaging complete with a care card!

  • I have changed my mind, can I return?

    Change of heart? Don’t worry! FORNASH is happy to process your return for unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund to the original payment method.

  • Can I return my online purchase to the store?

    FORNASH’s Arlington, Virginia flagship store closed on 6-1-16 due to mall renovations. FORNASH is relocating to Falls Church, Virginia and will be opening their NEW flagship store in March 2017. Please call or email us if you have any questions about returns. FORNASH is happy to process your return for unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund to the original payment method.

  • I received a gift I do not want, how can I return it?

    Contact customer service and provide the gift giver’s info. If we are able to locate the order based on gift giver’s name then we will need to see how and when the item was purchased. If your return is approved you will receive a gift card only. Please keep in mind our standard return policy also applies to gift purchases. 

  • Can I return my store purchase by mail?

    Yes, please contact customer service to make arrangements to send the items back by mail.

  • How much does it cost to send back my return?

    You will cover the cost of return shipping and therefore you may select your preferred carrier and shipping method. We highly suggest obtaining tracking or proof of delivery as you are responsible for ensuring your return arrives back to our warehouse.

  • My purchase is over 14 days old, can I still have a refund to my credit card?

    We're sorry, but we can only accept returns 14 days from the date you received the item. However we would be happy to issue you a store credit or exchange the item up to 28 days after receiving the item.

  • What is your holiday return policy?

    You may return any item purchased between November 28 - December 24 (final sale items excluded) until January 15th for either a store credit or an equal exchange. You must present the originial, or gift receipt, in order to complete return.
